We previously worked successfully with both of the clients’ Travel Retail departments overtime delivering branded bespoke custom furniture into airports, ferry terminals, on cruise ships and ferries. A good rapport was in place that meant Artisan Retail Joinery were a trusted contractor who would consistently deliver high-quality joinery to meet their expectations.

Artisan Retail Joinery were asked to produce a complete range of individual and mixed branded wall and gondola display units across the two newly refurbished terminals in Dusseldorf, Germany. Another great opportunity for Artisan Retail Joinery to display our custom exhibition stand design and bespoke woodworking. A substantial range of individual custom built joinery items had to be developed to meet each terminal’s ergonomic requirements. This demanded a comprehensive logistical operation to complete all manufacturing on time to crate and ship to meet the specific local requirements in a restricted time window. Both terminals needed concurrent bespoke joinery installation which took place overnight through just one week so not to disrupt the ‘day to day’ trading of each shop. Focussed site project management was the key in achieving the delivery and installation by this bespoke furniture maker of over 18 custom built bespoke displays.

With Artisan Retail Joinery extensive experience in producing both client’s individual branded displays for over 10 years in a variety of UK and European travel retail environments our team were able to apply their skills and application to meet the demanding nature of this comprehensive custom exhibition stand design project.

Installations were achieved with the inevitable minor snags which were soon remedied on subsequent trips to achieve the substantial in-store presence the client required. Once again this cemented Artisan Retail Joinery relationship as reliable commercial joinery specialists.
